The setpoint viral loads at week 0 and the peak viral loads at week 1 were used for the Late ART and Early ART linear regressions, respectively. Each circle is a monkey and open circles denote SHIV-SF162P3 infected animals in the Late ART study. R squared and p values were derived using a simple linear regression model.
