Vertical sections of (a) dissolved oxygen (μmol kg−1), (b) nitrite (μmol kg−1), (c) total alkalinity (μmol kg−1), (d) pHT, (e), dissolved inorganic carbon (μmol kg−1), and pCO2 (μatm) during the research cruise in 2015. The sections included both a cross-shelf section at 20°S (1–6), and a latitudinal section along the coast (L1–L6). The black dots represent sample locations.
