The value of x denotes doping level of the triarylamine–fluorene (TAF) polymers, in hole per repeat unit: x can vary between 0 (undoped) and 1 (fully doped). The value of x is 0.7–0.8 for all TAF polymers studied here. ϕ is vacuum work function given in eV (±0.05 eV), measured by ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy.
