Del-Mut-1 virus18 was serially passaged in Vero E6 cells at 33 °C (10 passages) and 30 °C (8 passages). Virus from the 18th passage was designated as Ca-DelMut live attenuated SARS-CoV-2 virus and amplified to prepare a virus stock. Ca-DelMut was sequenced by the Sanger method; mutations are shown in the diagram and in Supplementary Table 1.
