  1. Reaction conditions: acetophenone (0.50 mmol), MFM-300(Cr) (10 mol%, 0.05 mmol), CH3CN/H2O (15 mL/15 mL), Na2SO3 (0.25 M), 25 °C, 350-780 nm, 12 h. For entry 7, a powdered mixture of CrCl3·6H2O (0.1 mmol, 0.027 g) and H4L (0.05 mmol, 0.0165 g) were used (H4L = biphenyl-3,3,5,5-tetracarboxylic acid).
