ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq data from all mature OSNs21,27 in genomic regions corresponding to TE1 and TE2, and known functional OR enhancers: H, P, A (J core), Lipsi, Sfaktiria and Kefallonia. T-elements show similar chromatin accessibility, but lack Lhx2, Ebf1 (O/E), and Ldb1 binding that is observed in most of the known functional OR enhancers.
