Human hematopoietic cell line Nalm6 with NUDT15 WT or KO genotype were transduced at a low MOI (<0.2) with a HSV-TK lentiviral vector. Cells expressing HSV-TK were incubated with ACV or GCV at increasing concentrations for 72 h, and cytotoxicity was determined by CellTiter-Glo assay. Data represent the mean of three replicates; error bars, s.d. Two-tailed paired t-test was performed to compare WT with KO. Source data are provided as a Source Data file.
