Human hematopoietic cell line Nalm6 with NUDT15 WT or KO genotype were transduced at a low MOI (<0.2) with a HSV-TK lentiviral vector. Cells expressing HSV-TK were incubated with ACV or GCV at increasing concentrations for 72 h, and cytotoxicity was determined by CellTiter-Glo assay.
