BLT dsRNAs have a higher chance to be cleaved than 3′ovr dsRNAs. A common mechanism of processive cleavage is used for both BLT and 3′ovr dsRNAs. Loqs-PD simply increases the binding opportunity for both BLT and 3′ovr dsRNAs.
