From: Broadly cross-reactive human antibodies that inhibit genogroup I and II noroviruses

NORO-320 was expressed recombinantly as Fab (rFab) or IgG (rIgG) forms and purified. GII.4 VLPs were preincubated with either NORO-320 rFab, rIgG or the original hybridoma-secreted (Hyb) dimeric IgA and added to wells that had been coated previously with PGM. Half-maximal concentrations (EC50) for the three antibodies tested are listed. The > symbol indicates blocking EC50 value was greater than 1000 Mn. Data presented are means ± SE, n = 2 independent study replicates and from one of two independent experiments with similar results. Source Data are provided.
