Each row represents a demographic, clinical, or tumor characteristic of patients in TCGA-BRCA. The chi-squared test was performed to quantify heterogeneity between sites, with the listed P values corrected for a false discovery rate of 0.05. A number of features display marked heterogeneity—for example, only two sites (ILSBio and Christiana) submitted patients where the majority had disease progression within 3 years.
