All pathways were identified via pooled phenotypic screening. The direction of regulation in response to HS is informed by comparative RNAseq data where available (pink = increased; blue = decreased). Pathways/proteins previously identified as interacting with K13 are indicated (green triangle). Prenylated proteins are indicated with a pink lightning bolt.
