Picked cross-peaks by DEEP Picker are indicated as circles and color-coded according to their amplitude on a logarithmic scale, whereas the contour line spacings are linear. Experimental information and enlarged plots of each spectrum are given in the Supporting Information. Some of the weakest cross-peaks (small number of contours) were not picked because they are below the noise cutoff used by DEEP Picker.
