The background corrections of all the emission and excitation spectra were performed using a 5.5 g/L solution of rhodamine B in ethylene glycol (200–400 nm) and a halogen lamp (JASCO ESC-842, 20 W, 400–850 nm). A 0.00498 mol/L benzene solution in hexane at 25 °C (a), 3Dbenzene crystals at 25 °C (b), 4.98 mol/L benzene solution in hexane at 25 °C (c), 3Dbenzene crystals at −50 °C (d).
