TMEM120A associates with STING and promotes STING trafficking from ER to ERGIC to recruit and activate the phosphorylation of the effector kinase TBK1 and the transcription factor IRF3, thus, enhance the activation of type I IFN and cytokines expression to inhibit ZIKV replication.
