From: Pyridylpiperazine-based allosteric inhibitors of RND-type multidrug efflux pumps

  1. aMIC90 represents the minimal inhibitory concentration of tested compounds that prevent 90% of E. coli BW25113 growth as measured by resazurin reduction.
  2. bEC90 represents the effective concentration of tested compounds that prevents the growth of E. coli BW25113 in the presence of 8 µg/mL pyridomycin as measured by resazurin reduction (the MIC90 of pyridomycin alone is 12.5–25 µg/mL).
