Phylogenetic genome tree of the 235 metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) and single-amplified genomes (SAGs) retrieved from this study. The genomes are labeled by order, shaded by phylum, and numbered as per Supplementary Data 4. Genome characteristics (inner-to-outer circular heatmap): average genome completeness (%) at phylum level, relative abundance expressed as counts per million (CPM) and relative transcriptional activity as transcripts per million (TPM, Log10 + 1 transformed), and presence of marker genes for key metabolic pathways discussed in the main text.
