Experiments were carried out at 37 °C with 1 mM substrate and 0.1 mg/mL Ce-FMA-FA-20-RT for 12 h. Data are processed by removing the blank groups (without catalyst), and presented as the mean ± standard error, n = 4. The conversion rate of 12 h towards AMP, ADP ATP and β-GP under the optimised pH is summarised in Supplementary Table 7.
