Ten MORB (mid-ocean ridge basalt) samples are from the East Pacific Rise (1), Southern Mid-Atlantic Ridge (2), and Southwest Indian Ridge (3); nine IAB (island-arc basalt) samples are from the southern part of the Mariana Island Arc (4); seven OIB (ocean-island basalt) samples are from the Pako guyot of the Magellan Seamount Chain (5); and 17 CFB (continental flood basalt) samples are from the end-Permian Siberian Traps (6).
