The following databases are used: PubChem 110 M, ChEMBL 2.08 M (ChEMBL v28, as of May 2021), and USPTO fully atom-mapped 500 K reactions (∼1.3 M molecules). AE0 is upscaled by 20 times for better visual interpretation.
