We observed significantly decreased percentages of one-cell zygotes, two-cell embryos, and blastocysts in the homozygous KI group, and the KO group showed almost total fertilization failure (n = 3 biologically independent WT mice, KI mice or KO mice; scale bars, 100 μm; two-sided Student’s t test; error bars, mean ± SEM).
