From: Silver-catalyzed site-selective C(sp3)−H benzylation of ethers with N-triftosylhydrazones
Standard conditions: N-Triftosylhydrazone (0.3 mmol), NaH (0.9 mmol), TpBr3Ag (10 mol%), and CHCl3 (5.0 mL), under argon atmosphere at 60 °C for 24 h, isolated yield. a CHCl3 (10.0 mL) was used. r.r., regioisomeric ratio; d.r., diastereomeric ratio.
