For a list of 159 non-significant brain regions based on our statistical criteria, refer to Supplementary Table 3. Regions highlighted in gray are consistent with those identified by the brain-wide engram index analysis in Fig. 2. Regions with an asterisk were tested in the optogenetic engram reactivation behavioral experiments described in Fig. 4.
