Synthesis of well-defined poly(acrylamide-co-cyclic ketene acetal) (P(AAm-co-CKA)) copolymers by reversible addition−fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) copolymerization between AAm and CKAs, that exhibit tunable and biologically relevant upper critical solution temperature (UCST), and faster hydrolytic degradation than polylactide (PLA) and poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA).
