RT-qPCR measurements of the expression profile of inflammatory-related genes aTNF-α, b IL-6, c IL-1β, d IFNβ1, e CCL5 after 3 h and 24 h treatment by LPS, s-tau monomer or aggregates or heparin-induced WT aggregates or its monomeric control with or without the TLR4 antagonists RsLA or TAK-242. Positive and negative controls were LPS and PBS, respectively, and the data were normalized to the mean values of PBS gene expression for each gene of interest.
