Structures were redrawn without protective groups and metal ions from references: Cryptand-K24, DOTA-K49,50, DOTA-F50, and DOTAla51. The DO3A-Hyp family of building blocks presented in this work comprises two isomers that differ in the configuration of chiral centers in the Hyp (hydroxyproline) moiety: isomer 2R,3S,4S (L1, green shading) and isomer 2S,3R,4S (L2, violet shading).
