The grey line indicates the identity line and circle colour represents the difference between molecular and connectomic \({R}_{{{{{{{{\rm{adj}}}}}}}}}^{2}\), such that warm colours represent disorders that are better predicted by molecular predictors, and cool colours represent disorders that are better predicted by connectomic predictors.
