From: Dearomative di- and trifunctionalization of aryl sulfoxides via [5,5]-rearrangement
The reaction was performed on 0.5 mmol scale under optimum conditions. After addition of Nu, the reaction mixture was treated with H2SO4 aq./EtOH at 65 °C for 10 h. In cases of 19a-19k, only one diastereoisomer was obtained.
