The prediction models for each domain were trained based on single site cohort: COBRE. Then the same models and the same ROIs were used to predict cognition/symptom for BSNIP and fBIRN cohorts. Pearson correlation was used to calculated the correlation between the true values and the predicted values in (a–c). The gray regions in (a–c) indicate a 95% confidence interval.
