Reaction conditions: arylcyclopropane (0.2 mmol, 1 equiv.), alcohol (0.4 mmol, 2 equiv.), photocatalyst (2 mol%), (PhS)2 (0.04 mmol, 0.2 equiv.), 2,6-ditBu-Py (0.05 mmol, 0.25 equiv.) and DCE (1.0 mL, 0.2 M) at 25 oC for 48 h under irradiation of a 15 W blue LED lamp. 57–59, H2O (2 mmol, 10 equiv.) and dioxane (1.0 mL, 0.2 M) was used as nucleophile and solvent, respectively.
