From: Genomic insights into the physiology of Quinella, an iconic uncultured rumen bacterium

The construction is based on the four Quinella genomic bins and analyses presented in this paper. The proposed end products are shown in red font, carbon flow is indicated by blue arrows, other transfers by black arrows, and some enzymes are labelled in italic font. The subunits and functions of the oxaloacetate decarboxylase and methylmalonyl-CoA decarboxylase (Supplementary Note 14), fumarate reductase (Supplementary Note 15), and hydrogenase (Supplementary Note 19) are described in more detail in the Supplementary Information. The colours of enzyme subunits are solely to differentiate them more readily. Pi inorganic phosphate, MK is a postulated menaquinone.
