The FWHM referred to as the spatial resolution is 1.2 µm and 2 µm in the x and y directions, respectively. The similar results were obtained using two different gold-film SPR chips. The colloidal solution of PS spheres with size distribution from 0.6 μm to 1.0 μm were purchased from Shanghai Aladdin.
