The radiative processes are shown in the orange vertical line. The blue dashed lines show the symmetry-allowed ISC transitions from the triplet excited state 3E to the singlet state 1A1 and the transition from 1A1 to 3A2, which are responsible for spin-selective decay, enabling the initialization and readout operations. The purple circular arrows within ZFS indicate the manipulation of qubit states by microwave.
