The tree was constructed based on core genome MLST profiles. Circles at tree tips highlight E. albertii isolates from Great Britain under investigation in this study, and the colour of the circles represent the BAPS clusters identified earlier in the study. The thicker inner ring demonstrates the source niche of the isolates, and the thinner outer ring demonstrates the isolate country of origin, all of which are labelled according to the inlaid keys displayed on the left.
