Laser cooling beam delivery PIC installed in the 3D MOT setup. The cooling and repump lasers are combined in a fiber coupler and connected to the PIC fiber input. The polarization is adjusted with a polarization controller. The quarter waveplate (QWP) holder layer is placed on the PIC and the stray-light filtering layer (not shown) is above the QWP holder. The PIC is placed under the glass cell containing the rubidium atoms and the magnetic field coils are aligned along beam B2 (the other beams are labeled B1 and B3). Retro-reflector mirror mounts are mounted above and used to overlap the counter-propagating beams.
