Lysates were obtained from mouse (YAMC, IMCE, and IMCE βcat) and human (HCT116Δ, HCT116 SW480, DLD1, and HT29) cultured cells as well as patient-derived organoids (PDOs) and detected with a primary antibody against truncated APC. As controls, primary antibodies against βcat and housekeeping genes, β-actin and GAPDH, were utilized. Two independent western blots were performed two times displaying similar results.
