An overlay of 1D 1H (blue and green, 128 scans) and BSPE-SHARPER spectra (red and magenta, 8 scans) of (a) 1.3 μg of 3 and (b) a blank D2O sample. Protons 3, 7 and 12 (Fig. 1) were not included in the collapsed signal. The regular 1D spectra were scaled up 16 times and the doublet at 1.28 ppm is indicated by an asterisk.
