A The normalized differential conductance \(\frac{dI}{dV}\) for x = 2, 10 nm. For x = 2 nm the Au layer is almost fully proximitized. The reduced gap for x = 10 nm suggest a coherence length ξs ~ 10 nm. B Temperature evolution of the induced gap for x = 2 nm compared to predictions based on the microscopic Usadel theory (see supplementary materials for more detail).
