A2AR eGFP reporter mice were injected with 5 × 105 AT-3 ova tumors subcutaneously and were indicated treated at days 14 and 18 post-tumor inoculation with anti-PD-L1. At day 21 post tumor inoculation CD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes were analyzed by 3’RNA-sequencing. Biological samples were pooled from n = 3 mice per replicate. Data represented as mean ± SD.
