The experiments were carried out on a 600 MHz spectrometer in toluene-d8 at 60 °C (except for PE-OH, 80 °C, toluene-d8, and the pentablock-1a, 60 °C, in a mixture of toluene-d8/HFIP-d2 (~7/3 v/v)). The green circles indicate the end group in each block.
