The monopole transition matrix elements M(E0) between the \({0}_{{{{{{{{\rm{I}}}}}}}}}^{+}\) state and the ground state, the \({0}_{{{{{{{{\rm{II}}}}}}}}}^{+}\) state and the ground state, and the \({0}_{{{{{{{{\rm{I}}}}}}}}}^{+}\) state and the \({0}_{{{{{{{{\rm{II}}}}}}}}}^{+}\) state, are calculated.
