Limited fill factor of the SLM generates a DC noise at the center of the field of view. b Demonstration of full depth range. The infinity diopter indicates the user’s pupil plane and the image is captured directly by putting the camera sensor without lens. See Supplementary Figs. 9-14 for more results.
