From: Fast free energy estimates from λ-dynamics with bias-updated Gibbs sampling
Gibbs sampling is used to sample atomic coordinates and λ states of an alchemical system; a dynamic bias is continually updated to ensure continuous sampling of all λ states. Final free energy estimates and periodic bias refinements are accomplished with FastMBAR.
