The 95% CIs are calculated as predictions ± 1.96 × standard error of the predictions. n = 185,484 infections were included in the model. Predictions are plotted at the reference value of other variables (age = 40 years, female, white ethnicity, not reporting working in healthcare, not reporting having a long-term health condition, deprivation percentile = 60, reporting symptoms, having one positive test in the infection) (estimates shown in Supplementary Table 2).
