Note that the total amount of the variation explained by the pairwise groups of explanatory variables in each panel is the sum of the three bars in the panel. Abbreviations of phylogenetic metrics: PD area-corrected phylogenetic diversity, MPD mean pairwise distance, RPD relative phylogenetic diversity, PDses standardized effect size of phylogenetic diversity, MPDses standardized effect size of mean pairwise distance.
