The 35S:CriHCCS-GFP construct was transformed into tobacco leaves. GFP, MitoTracker signal and chlorophyll autofluorescence in the transformed tobacco cells were separately observed by confocal laser scanning microscopy and then resulting images were merged. The experiment was repeated three times with similar results. Scale bars, 5 μm.
