  1. The values were approximated from DIC images of microcantilevers. The nominal cantilever thicknesses were provided by the cantilever manufacturer (Methods). Cantilever eigenfrequencies \({f}_{{N\_cant}}\) were determined in liquid. Cantilever spring constants were determined in air using the Sader method77. ncant gives the number of cantilevers analyzed.
