CK, 0.5, 5, and 50 nmol L−1 represent the control and treatment groups dosed with 0.5–50 nmol L−1 of atrazine, respectively, on the 21st day (with three replicates). A total of 566,933,791 high-quality sequences (average length of 464) from 12 samples were obtained and clustered into 99 OTUs (97% cutoff). Phyla or classes that did not represent at least 1% of the sequences in at least one sample were regrouped as “Others.” Statistical significance was determined at p < 0.05 and comparisons used Kruskal–Wallis tests with FDR adjusted for multiple comparisons using the Benjamini and Hochberg method. Exact p values can be found in the Source Data file. n = 3 samples per group. Uncertainties were reported as mean ± standard deviation (SD). Source data are provided as a Source Data file.
