The maximum likelihood method was used to construct the phylogenetic tree with 1000 bootstrap supports. Three FAD-linked oxidases, AtCKX (Q9FUJ1), ZmCKX1 (Q9T0N8), and PsVAO (P56216), were used as outgroups. Each clade corresponds to one color. The percent bootstrap values are shown for each clade with values greater than 60%.
