Tensile properties of BC TPU with WT (A–D) or HST spores (E–H). Data are presented as mean values ± standard deviations from three independent experiments. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by a post-hoc test with Dunnett’s multiple comparisons (two-sided), was used for statistical comparison between TPU (control) and BC TPUs (n = 3 per group; ns: not significant; *P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; ****P < 0.0001).
