Reaction conditions, (P,Z)-3 (0.1 mmol), fac-Ir(ppy)3 (1 mol%), THF (1.0 mL), rt for 18 h, isolated yield of (P,E)-3. The ee values of (P,E)-3 were calculated by chiral HPLC traces. The E/Z and dr ratios of 3 were calculated by crude 1H-NMR after the reactions. Es (enantiospecificity) = [ee(P,E)-3/ee(P,Z)-3]*100%.
